Lone Star Pet Supply stocks approximately 19,000 assorted items for dogs, cats, birds, tropical fish, reptiles, and small animals such as hamsters and guinea pigs. The company also sells premium brands of dog and cat foods. These premium brands include Nestle-Purina, Nutro, Old Mother Hubbard, Wellness, Eagle Holistic, Natural Balance, Merrick & Nutro. These products are primarily stocked in our Schertz distribution center. The distribution center totals 125,000 square feet with approximately 8,000 square feet of offices. The distribution center has some special features designed specifically for providing value-added services to our customers. These features include a 10,000 square foot climate controlled room for storage of seeds and treats for birds and small animals. We also have a large walk-in freezer area, which stocks frozen foods for salt and freshwater tropical fish. |
